“We don’t really think that’s a thing, do we.”

That’s what Sally Thibault’s doctor said when she walked in convinced she was in perimenopause. She was right. He was wrong.

Twenty years later she’s one of the most knowledgeable voices on women’s wellness in midlife — and she’s going to be in the room with us on April 25th.

Nobody taught us this. That’s kind of the whole problem. And that’s why we are fixing it together!

Dr. Catherine Multari said it perfectly: every woman goes through this transition, so you’d think the education would be there. It’s not. And that gap is exactly why we created Perimenopause Unfiltered.

Join us April 25th for a half-day that actually fills in the blanks. Dr. Multari, Sally Thibault, and I are bringing everything we know into one room. To give you not just the information, but the tools and mindset shifts to actually help yourself!

Spots are limited. Link in bio to register, and if you know a woman who deserves to feel informed and supported through this, send this her way.

If you’re working 14–16 hours a day… this is your sign.
That’s not growth. That’s burnout in disguise.

At some point, you have to stop doing $10/hour tasks if you want to build a $1M business.

Because the truth is simple: You don’t scale by doing more… you scale by letting go.

Want the full breakdown on when (and how) to get support?

If your team is underperforming, ask yourself one question:

Did you clearly define the role?

People need ownership.

They need to know:
• What they own
• What success looks like
• What they’re accountable for

That’s where KPIs, scorecards, and clear expectations come in.

Hiring someone isn’t enough.

Leadership means setting clear outcomes, creating the right systems, and checking in regularly to help your team succeed.

Thank you Jessica Taylor for the invitation and the great conversation.
