Today reminded me what Thanksgiving should be about — not the turkey, not the pies, but the quiet moments of connection that stay with you long after that day is over. 🦃❤️

We showed up to the shelter again for our 9th year in a row, bundled up against the cold, and yet… my heart felt warmer than it has in a long time. Over 50
amazing friends stood out there with me today, giving their time, kindness, and compassion without hesitation. The gratitude I feel for each of you is hard to put into words. 🙏🏽✨

But the moment that stayed with me the most was a conversation I had with a young man who’s been living in the homelsss shelter for the past 12 months. He’s in his 30s, working, trying, fighting… but he told me it’s getting harder to believe he can really escape poverty and homelessness. All he wants is someone to hear him. Someone to believe in him. Someone to remind him that his story isn’t finished yet.

And in that moment, I realized — hope is the most powerful thing we can give.

This Thanksgiving, I’m grateful for the chance to serve. I’m grateful for the people who show up with full hearts. And I’m grateful for every reminder that we all have the ability to change someone’s day, someone’s life, even with something as simple as listening. 🧡

Thank you to everyone who came out and made today so much more than a volunteer event. You embodied the spirit of Thanksgiving — generosity, love, and community.

We rise by lifting others. And together, we can help someone believe again. 🙌🏽

Still feeling full from all the ice cream 🍦—but even more so, full of gratitude. 🙏

For my birthday this year, I didn’t want anything big or fancy. I just wanted to be surrounded by the people who truly matter—my clients who’ve become friends, and my friends who’ve always had my back. Y’all showed up with smiles, stories, and big hearts. I can’t thank you enough. 🧡

They say, “It’s not about where you’re going or what you’re doing in life—it’s about who you’re with that matters.” That’s never felt truer than it does now. That will always be true for me.

And the icing on the cake? Some of you got to meet my wife for the first time! That alone made this birthday extra special. 🎉💛

Every challenge, every victory, and every lesson shapes who we become. It’s up to us how we choose to respond, how we grow, and what we take with us into the next chapter. 💪

Today, I’m closing one chapter of my life, filled with gratitude for all the moments that brought me here. 🙏 The memories, the people, the lessons—they’ve all been part of something special to me. Now, I’m looking ahead, excited for what’s next, and grateful for everything that’s been. 🌅
