1 set of hack squats + 2 sets of leg press today on the menu🔥

Legs are at maintenance and have been for a while now. Many would be surprised at how little volume you really need to preserve muscle especially when training at high intensity. Mike even encourages me to miss some leg days if I really want😂😂

I’ve always loved training legs, and find myself able to scratch and claw my way to getting another rep regardless of the pain. Being bottom heavy isn’t necessarily ideal for classic, but a nice set of legs can really mean the difference between first and second.

I appreciate the love from everyone on my last post and for answering my poll. You guys rock🥹🙏🏼

First couple months of prep ✅

Food is high, no cardio, steps and posing practice is ✅ off daily.

My approach this time around is to slow down, be emotionally present, and enjoy the time spent with those I care about.

It can be easy to get so caught up in the routine of prep itself that everyone else, even your passions are an afterthought.

Regardless I’m like 15 weeks? I really don’t even keep track until the last 8 weeks😂 very ahead ahead of schedule but I’m in no rush.

I’m thinking of posting more videos regarding training, nutrition and just what my lifestyle consists of… I guess being a “proper” influencer? LOL

Incredibly ahead of schedule. Still scarfing down 400g of carbs a day, will enjoy the food while it lasts😅

Meanwhile, enjoy some side relaxes and a favorite classic I’ve been cooking in the lab lately.
