At Modern Endo of Napa, we believe that caring for others begins with caring for ourselves. ✨ One of our core values is mindfulness, because true presence, compassion, and connection start within. Today’s Team Building Day was extra special for us (Dr. Tigrett and Wendy) to opened the door to what help keep us grounded, regulated, and aligned. For us, self-care is not a luxury… it is sacred.⭐️ Here are 5 reasons why we intentionally invest in ourselves, our team, and our values: ✨ 1. A 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 creates a healthier environment for everyone. ✨ 2. 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 helps us lead and serve with greater compassion and clarity. ✨ 3. 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 begins when we slow down enough to truly listen to ourselves. ✨ 4. 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 happens when we feel emotionally safe, supported, and seen. ✨ 5. Just like Endodontics, true healing begins at the 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙩. Today was not about productivity. It was about 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚. Our team showed up not for us but for themselves. 🤍 To breathe. 🩵 To disconnect from the noise. 💙 To reconnect with who they are beneath the stress of everyday life. Because when people feel aligned within themselves, they show up differently for their patients, their families, and each other. 🤍🩵💙 This is the culture we are committed to building. One 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙧 in 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩, 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝, and human 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.💫

Just when I thought I had it all figured out… Last week, I had the incredible honor of attending one of my favorite conferences, @tdosoftware—not just as a user, but also as a speaker. And this time… it hit differently. Excelling Through Adversity was the theme of the conference and it struck several deep chords. If you’ve been following my journey, you might know I’ve been doing some serious inner work after uncovering a childhood trauma. And while I’ve always spoken about branding, marketing, KPIs, systems, and best practices—this time, I couldn’t just speak from my head. I had to speak from my heart. This was the first time I felt fear standing on stage. Not because I fear public speaking—I actually love it. I’ve been on stages since 2005, speaking in rooms across the world. But this time, the fear came from within. I knew I was about to share a piece of my soul. I wasn’t just delivering a talk—I was opening a portal. A portal into what it means to lead through chaos. Because chaos isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s subtle. It shows up in transitions, in moments of success, in grief, in growth. It doesn’t book an appointment or wait for permission. And yet, amidst that whirlwind, I chose to show up. I chose to feel. I chose to be seen. I was raw. I was vulnerable. I was grounding myself in every breath, learning how to let go of control and allow what needed to flow—flow. This wasn’t about performance. It was about presence. About allowing generative energy to guide me instead of fear. As leaders, we don’t always get to avoid the storm. But we do get to choose how we show up inside it. This moment marked a shift for me. One I’m still integrating. One I’m learning to hold with grace. “Leadership Mindset: From Chaos to Clarity” wasn’t just a presentation. It’s my next chapter. And it’s also the first module of my new brand journey strategy program. I can’t wait to share more. Because when we lead from soul, we don’t just build brands—we create movements. 🌀💫 P.S. thank you to our TDO family for trusting me and allowing me to share a bit of my transformation. #wendybarbavale #tdoconferece

Having major withdrawals from our recent @tdosoftware conference! 💜 Three days together… and somehow we managed to fit in deep conversations, big breakthroughs, belly-laugh moments, and of course — karaoke that deserves its own highlight reel. 🎤✨ What I love most about our TDO family is this: we learn together, we grow together, and we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. No comparison. No competition. Just connection, humility, and heart. These karaoke clips?🎤 They’re more than fun moments — they’re a reminder that behind every root canal, every tough case, every long day… there’s a story, a human, and a community holding you up. Here’s to the joy, the music, the friendships, and the purpose that keeps us all coming back year after year. Already counting down to the next one. 💫 Big thanks to the @tdosoftware team for putting another great conference together (special thanks to @aaj06c @jaredardine @luizmotta_work ) #TDOFamily #ModernEndoofNapa #DentistryWithHeart #WeGrowTogether #EndodonticsCommunity #KaraokeNights #ConnectionOverCompetition #EndodontistROCK

Yesterday was bittersweet — we said goodbye and Felicidades to our amazing dental assistant / patient coordinator, Vicky on her last day at Modern Endo of Napa. 💙 She’s been with us for over 4️⃣ years, and wow… what a ride it’s been! From day one, Vicky showed up with heart, mindfulness for patient care, and a team spirit that made every day better. Now she’s off to hygiene school to chase her next big dream — and we couldn’t be more proud. While we’re going to miss her deeply, we know she’s going to shine even brighter on this next chapter. Vicky, thank you for everything. 💫 Go get ‘em! 🦷✨ — Dr. T & Team MEON #MEONFamily #DentalDreamTeam #FarewellButNotGoodbye #HygieneSchoolBound #ModernEndoOfNapa #NapaValleyDentist

💫 Clarity Creates Power 💫 Yesterday (3/20 - late post) on #InternationalHappinessDay, we celebrated 10 incredible years — a leap of faith from Miami to #NapaValley, starting our first Endodontic practice, navigating IVF (twice), raising two amazing kids, and still finding ways to grow stronger — spiritually, as a couple, as a family, and in business. When I look back on the last 10 years, I see how much of it was shaped by clarity — in my faith, my values, and my vision. I prayed to God for three things in a partner: ❤️ True love for who I am — No masks, no pretending. I was tired of attracting people who didn’t deserve me. The moment I showed my true essence, BOOM 💥 — I met my husband. 🙏🏽 Strong family values — Life is a rollercoaster, and I wanted someone who would stick with me through thick and thin, someone who truly values family. 🌟 Drive — Someone willing to take risks, live life fully, and give it all for our family and our future. 👊 The same clarity that helped me find love is the same clarity that fuels success in life and business. Whether it’s in love or in building a brand, you have to know what you want — because the universe responds to clarity. ✨ Clarity creates power — in your mind, your energy, and your actions. You have to see it, feel it, and believe it before it can manifest. No matter how crazy or scary it sounds, if it’s on your heart — it’s meant for you. And if it scares you, that’s a sign you’re on the right path. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others build their personal brand. Your message matters — in love, in business, in life. If you don’t define your message, how can others connect with it? If you aren’t aligned with your purpose, how can you attract the right opportunities? 🔥 Be clear. Be consistent. Be YOU. That’s #Branding101. 🚀 Ready to elevate your personal brand and make an impact? DM me — let’s create a brand that reflects YOU! #PersonalBrand #ManifestSuccess #ClarityIsPower #EmpowerYourself #MindsetMatters #FaithAndSuccess #DreamBig #LiveWithPurpose

🎉 𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝘿𝙧.𝓣𝓲𝓰𝓻𝓮𝓽𝓽 & 𝓦𝓮𝓷𝓭𝔂! 🎉 Cheers to another incredible year around the ☀️ for these two inspiring individuals! Dr. Tigrett, board-certified Endodontist, and Wendy, a motivational speaker and powerhouse business strategist, share more than just a Capricorn ♑️ sign—they share a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Though both Capricorns, these two couldn’t be more different—Dr. Tigrett is calm and patient, while Wendy is outgoing and energetic. But what they share is a remarkable ability to see the best in every situation and an unmatched generosity. Help us wish these two Capricorns the happiest of birthdays and a year filled with health, joy, and success! A little late birthday cheer but better late than never. 𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚. 🦷✨ As a board certified endodontist, my goal has been to preserve the natural tooth. Today, I attended the Biomimetic Workshop at Alleman Center of Biomimetic Dentistry. I’ve taken that mission to the next level. Under the guidance of Dr. David and Davey Alleman, I am learning techniques to conservatively diagnose and treat cracks and caries—two of the most common reasons for tooth loss. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿? Because saving as much of your natural tooth as possible means less post-op sensitivity, longer-lasting results, and better oral health. Ready to experience advanced, tooth-preserving care? Let’s protect your smile for life. 💙 #endodontist #endodontia #rootcanal #rootcanaltreatment #crackedtooth #crackedtoothrepair #ribbond #biomimeticrestorative #sixlessonsapproach #BiomimeticDentistry #SaveTheTooth #DentalExcellence #ConservativeDentistry #ToothPreservation #HealthySmiles #ModernEndoNapa #drryantigrett #boardcertifiedendodontist
