The choices we make can have a profound impact on our health. I went hardcore low tox 7 months ago because of our circumstances. But if you’re not in the season where you can get better products, there are always ways to reduce exposure.

For example, EMF dissipates with distance so make sure to put baby camera as far away as possible from your child.

My husband, Eric, and I have been talking a lot lately about simplicity and somewhere in those conversations, my newsletter for moms came up.

Because if there’s anyone who doesn’t have time to scroll through a ton of stuff to find what’s actually helpful, it’s a mom in the thick of postpartum!

Fresh milled flour has 40 of the 44 essential nutrients we need to survive, and I will NEVER go back to regular flour now that I’ve experienced the taste and benefits of fresh milled.

Unless you have a mill, fresh flour is incredibly difficult to find, and ordering already made organic fresh milled baked goods? Forget about it…

I truly can’t recommend them more. They do the heavy work for us and curate the highest quality, non-toxic items so all we have to do is pick our favorite pieces.

There’s something so bittersweet about watching your baby become independent. 🥹🤍

One minute, you’re doing everything for them… and the next, they’re sitting there so proudly, exploring, learning, figuring things out, and showing you just how capable they’re becoming.

Xavier is officially in his “I do it myself” era. 😂🧸

And honestly? I want to remember these moments forever.

while painting hawkins’s room the song “even if” by mercy me started playing and it was the song that got me through our second miscarriage. it was a full circle moment of hearing that song and painting the room of the baby I prayed so hard for, it just hit me. i never want to forget how hard I prayed to live this exact life. praise the lord for answered prayers 🌸
