@ed_roach last published shots of Dennis. Mojo Feb 2026. I remember being on the phone with him while he frantically searched for the pix they requested. He negotiated the byline and was really stoked about it.

I want to offer my condolences to all affected by the passing of Ed Roach. I only first met him recently at an Al Jardine concert, and only a few times since, but he was always so nice and funny and had so many amazing stories.

I naively thought it was just the beginning of a new friendship and that I’d get more opportunities to ask him questions about the Beach Boys and get to hear more of his funny and incredible stories from back in those days.

Ben, thanks to you for introducing me to Ed, I’m so grateful to you, for even the short time I got to spend with him.

Ed’s gotta be somewhere now, hanging with his boys, Dennis, Brian, Carl, and all the rest of the BB friends and family who’ve sailed on before us.

RIP ❤️🌊

Turno de la orquesta ruidosa internacional… 🎶one, two, three…noises!🎶

, rainsongband, @tribes.of.the.city, @three_quarter_skies y Glass Houses.
