“Music certainly has to do with the collective unconscious-as the drama does too; this is evident in Wagner, for example.

Music expresses, in some way, the movement of the feelings (or emotional values) that cling to the unconscious processes.

The nature of what happens in the collective unconscious is archetypal, and archetypes always have a numinous quality that expresses itself in emotional stress.

Music expresses in sounds what fantasies and visions express in visual images.

I am not a musician and would not be able to develop these ideas for you in detail.

I can only draw your attention to the fact that music represents the movement, development, and transformation of motifs of the collective unconscious.”

- Carl Jung

‼️Warning‼️The first 10 seconds are loud and resonant and... ouch. In fact, I’m not even sure why I’m posting this, but here we are. @ericasynths pico III providing LFO duties, @tangiblewaves SOLINA string machine is the voice. Other TW #aemodular modules also on duty: MS20 filter, CV modulation. The bass line is a quick Electric patch on the #mpcone and the drums are, naturally, secret sauce.

It's time to learn all about semi modular synthesis ahead of our journey into the modular world. This is just 3 of the 6 modules we have...2x Moog DFAM plus 1x Moog Mother 32. Upstairs we have a further 2x Moog Mother 32 plus 1x Moog DFAM. Pure analog greatness.

Is it necessary to have this many synthesizers? Yes, yes it is :) I’m lucky enough to live down the street from this overwhelmingly amazing place. One day I was walking the dog, and I saw a sticker that said “Vintage Synth Museum” on a door that was cracked open. I pushed open the door, and this wonderland was revealed. All the synths are in working order. A good solution to those studio days when you just can't find the right sound. @vintagesynthmuseum⁣
