People keep asking: How was she surprised if she was already in a wedding dress?! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคจ First off you worried about the wrong thing lol The truth is, months ago I planned a photoshoot for us because I wanted to upgrade our wedding photos (see last photo ๐Ÿ˜ฉ). I really wanted to give us pictures we could look back on and truly love. What she didnโ€™t know was that I was also using it as the perfect setup. We upgraded our rings for 5 years. ๐Ÿ’ We planned a photoshoot to hang up some pictures. ๐Ÿ“ธ On a random date night, we wrote new vows to share on our anniversary. ๐ŸคŽ She was unknowingly helping me put all the pieces together the entire time. All that was left was for me to execute the surprise. After the photoshoot, instead of just exchanging vows between the two of us and enjoying a kid free weekend, she walked into a room filled with some of our closest family and friends and got the wedding celebration she always deserved. The problem we have when starting something new is that we overestimate what can happen in a year and underestimate what can happen in 3-5 years. Stick and stay and you will get your pay. This morning I listened to Eat the Frog by Brian Tracy which I highly suggest for all of you procrastinators out there!!! Because Iโ€™m consistently asked how I am able to accomplish so much in a day, I figured I would give you a couple of my tips. Iโ€™ve always believed in writing things down but there were so many extra tips in there that I am adding to my life. 1. Write your daily to do list out the night before. It will allow you to go to sleep knowing your day is planned out. 2. Breakdown your to do list so you know exactly what it takes to accomplish the task. 3. Prioritize your list using the ABCDE Method (in the next reel Iโ€™ll explain) Most important first!!!!! 4. Listen to audios that focus on getting things doneโ€ฆ..ie.daily motivation (You can just go on YouTube and find something) I hope this helps you on this Friday!! Itโ€™s the beginning of the week and how you start your week can predicate the rest of the week. My breakfast smoothie consists of: Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder Greens (all the greens you need for the day) Clean Energy Almond Milk Inflammation Buster Frozen fruit After my smoothie I got some work done and then took my supplements. I take these as my pre workout 20-30 minutes before I workout and after: 2 Alkaline Booster (Booster) 2 Molecular Hydrogen (Recovery) Lipstick from the @thelipbar to keep me feeling super pretty๐Ÿ’„๐Ÿ’‹ Workout: ๐Ÿ’Ž 30 minutes bicycle workout ๐Ÿ’Ž 60 Mountain Climbers ๐Ÿ’Ž 30 Burpees ๐Ÿ’Ž 10 Small Hill Runs ๐Ÿ’Ž 3 sets of 60 seconds on steps with 20 second break ๐Ÿ’Ž 50 push-ups on steps with a lot of breaks And then my dancing ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฟ. Make sure you get some movement in and you feed your body some live food and supplements.
