العمل الفني المُكوّن من صورة فوتوغرافية من ثلاثة أجزاء "داخل الصوامع " للفنان محمد كمال العمادي يركز على صوامع القمح، العناصر المركزية لمطاحن الدقيق القطرية ومطاحن الفن المستقبلية.

تمثل كل زاوية جماليات الصوامع، بينما تخلق السيمترية في التركيبة بنية مجردةً.

يعرض هذا العمل الفني في معرض "مطاحن الفن" في مستودع شركة مطاحن الدقيق القطرية. ويمكنكم الوصول إلى معرض مطاحن الفن بواسطة خدمة الحافلات التي تنطلق كل 30 دقيقة من موقف حافلات متحف الفن الإسلامي.

The photographic triptych ‘Into the Silos’ by Mohammed Kamal Al Emadi focuses on the silos, central elements of Qatar Flour Mills and the future Art Mill Museum.

Each angle accounts for the monumentality of the structures, while the symmetrical composition creates an abstract form.

This artwork is displayed in the ‘Art Mill Museum 2030’ exhibition at the Qatar Flour Mills warehouse. Access is via a shuttle bus which runs every 30 minutes from the Museum of Islamic Art bus stop.

كتالوج معرض مطاحن الفن عبارة عن تسعة كتيبات، تشمل مقدمة عن المتحف المستقبلي، وكتيبًا عن عمارة المباني، وآخر عن الحديقة، وملصقًا يبين نسخ النماذج التي قُدمت في مسابقة التصميم العالمية لمطاحن الفن، وأيضًا كتيبات عن أولى الأعمال الفنية التي كُلِّف الفنانون بإبداعها خصيصًا لمطاحن الفن، وهم ياسمينة بن عبد الرحمن، وفرانسوا إكزافييه جيبري، وعلي كاظمة، وأمل المفتاح، وشيماء التميمي، ومحمد كمال العمادي.

The Art Mill Museum 2030 catalogue is a box with nine booklets, including an introduction to the future museum, one booklet on the architecture, one on the landscape, a poster reproducing the models from the Art Mill Museum International Design Competition, and booklets on the museum’s first artist commissions by Yasmina Benabderrahmane, François-Xavier Gbré, Ali Kazma, Amal Al Muftah, Shaima Al-Tamimi, and Mohammed Kamal Al Emadi.

Renderings and models of ELEMENTAL’s concepts are displayed in the ‘Art Mill Museum 2030’ exhibition at the Qatar Flour Mills warehouse.

Visitors can park at the entrance of Qatar Flour Mills and walk through the security gate to the exhibition. A shuttle service is also available from MIA bus stop every 30 minutes.

It is also on view in the second part of the exhibition at Al Baraha Heritage House #15 in the Al Baraha District.

I am delighted to see our local and international artists engage with a building that will transform to be one of our future museums through the commissions at the Art Mill Museum 2030 exhibition, where we can see different creative perspectives.
