Moira joined us back in 2024 at a really difficult point in her life. She was struggling with grief, feeling mentally stuck, and had never stepped foot in a gym or experienced strength training before. Fast-forward to today, and Moira has completely changed what she believed she was capable of 👇 ✨ Dropped from a size 12 to a size 8, going from 61kg to 54kg 💪 Now lifting her own bodyweight in certain strength movements 🙌 Made huge improvements in her posture ❤️ And most importantly, she’s feeling happier, stronger and more like herself again. This is about so much more than weight loss. It’s about building strength, confidence and giving yourself something positive to focus on — even when starting feels like the hardest part. If you’re feeling stuck and know you need to make a change, but you’re not sure where to begin, DM us or visit our page -> https://abfitness.hub-fit.com/landing-page
