There comes a point where you have to stop waiting for other people to believe in you… and start believing in yourself.

Not because you have everything figured out. Not because you’re the strongest, the smartest, or the most talented person in the room. But because you finally realize that nobody can want your growth more than you do.

I’ve learned that different results require a different version of you.

The version that shows up when nobody is watching. The version that stays consistent even when the motivation disappears. The version that keeps going through the days where progress feels invisible.

That’s what this journey has been teaching me.

Every early morning. Every rep. Every time I wanted to stay comfortable but chose discipline instead. It’s bigger than the gym now. I’m proving to myself that when I truly commit to something, I can become somebody I haven’t met yet.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Just believe in yourself enough to start.
Stay consistent enough to keep going.
And be patient enough to let the results find you.

One day you’ll look back and realize the person you were searching for was being built the entire time.

Keep going. 🖤

For all the new followers who didn’t know me last year… yeah, this was me 😂🎈

Pennywise took over downtown Detroit for a night.

Kinda thinking I should bring something like this back this year… what y’all think? 👀🎈
