For those of you who don’t know, I’m trans!

Yesterday officially marks 2 years since I started HRT. Until now, I’ve been comfortable with most pronouns, but moving forward, I would like to use she/her or they/them.

Starting this journey during a time when anti-trans sentiment is so high has been one of the craziest decisions I’ve ever made, but it’s also the best decision I’ve ever made.

There were many days when my transness felt like a curse, but I finally understand that it’s a gift. It’s a gift to understand myself so deeply and to love myself enough to let her shine.

The world has not been kind to trans people as of late, but the world has nothing on the people in my life who have been there for me the past two years.

Trans people have existed long before the word transgender, and they will continue to exist until the end of time.

I haven’t posted much over the past two years because it’s hard to find the right picture when you’re constantly changing. But, I figured I’d share some recent pictures as I start to feel happier with the person I see in them. 💖
