My heart is still full. Here are a few of my favorite moments captured last night. 🥹💚🫶🏽

Last night was more than a book signing — it was a moment of community, healing, and truth.

Over 50 beautiful souls came out to support, listen, learn, hug, laugh, cry, and simply be present. I am deeply grateful to everyone who showed up, purchased a book, shared feedback, offered comfort, and held space for me and for one another.

Seeing a room full of people engage with the story behind Past Shame: Still Here — A Miracle in Real Time and witnessing the powerful wisdom shared by our panelists was something I will carry with me forever. My prayer is that everyone who attended walked away with something life-changing — something they can hold onto for the rest of their lives.

A special thank you to Samaree for the delicious treats that everyone loved, and to Court Renee Photography for capturing such beautiful moments that will truly last a lifetime. Thank you to my family and friends who helped set up & break down.

Thank you to everyone who helped spread the word and make this gathering possible.

And a heartfelt thank you to North Carolina Dance Institute and Kirstie Spadie for holding space for us to come together in fellowship, community, and reflection.

Last night was also the beginning of something new — the launch of FLEE DANCE & Wellness.

This is only the beginning.

I am excited for what’s ahead as we continue creating spaces where community can come together, feel safe, experience life authentically, and leave one another better than we found each other.
