Who do you consider your work partner in crime?

That one person who challenges your way of thinking but also helps you turn a good idea into a great one.

At Stoltz, that's how our best work happens. We reflected on four of our favorite pairings and the work they are doing for the Idaho Department of Lands, Laureus USA, Idaho Workforce Development, and CATCH.

Proud to spotlight one of our own, Senior Account Manager Molly Horn, who spends as much energy building community for Idaho kiddos as she does building client strategy.

Beyond the work Molly does for Boise Public Schools at Stoltz, she co-founded Neighborhood Imagination Station — a volunteer-run nonprofit making sure every Idaho kid has a safe, inspiring place to learn and grow, regardless of zip code. This is the kind of impact we love celebrating on our team.

Turns out, Molly, who's called five states home, knows a thing or two about building spaces where people feel like they belong. 🌱

The hustle never sleeps!!! 😤 The hustle being.. improved access to quality Early Education in Idaho ⭐️

Sharing some pics from @nif_idaho first annual Neighborhood Prom. Special shoutout to our amazing @nif_idaho volunteer nonprofit Board members, @neighborhoodsprouts teaching team, @jilly.fm on the tunes, @partytothepeople for our complimentary NIF totes, and @larryflynnevents for sponsoring our venue and hosting a fun, interactive and wildly successful live auction. (&& always, my family and friends for the unwavering support 🫶🏼)

We raised more than our goal for this event and I am still beaming with gratitude. Our kids at Sprouts curated a one-of-a-kind art piece inspired by illustrations by Eric Carle for the auction.

So inspired by the overwhelming support for our Pilot Project and our nonprofit’s overall mission. See you next year for another one!!! 💛

Say hello to Molly Horn, our new Senior Account Manager.

Molly is a self-described chameleon — Type A, extroverted, and wired to adapt. An Air Force kid who called Sandpoint, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Spokane, and Colorado Springs home before landing in Boise, she learned early that shape-shifting is a superpower. These days, you’ll find her skiing or snowboarding in the winter, hiking the trails with her golden retriever, Bogus, in the summer, and muttering “I can’t believe this is my job” at her desk in between.

Molly, welcome to Stoltz. We’re glad you’re here!

Okay, fine. We’re kind of a big deal.

Stoltz has been named one of the @bestplacestoworkinidaho in Southwest Idaho — and honestly, we’re not that surprised. (But, we are SO honored and we’re doing a little happy dance about it.)

This one’s for the team. You earned it.
