Our Mother/Daughter Hip Hop classes are so meaningful to us because the heart of them goes beyond the dance. They are an opportunity for play, connection, fun and building memories together.

In class activities build your relationship in terms of working together and discovering creative ways to have fun. Performances build confidence and create a memorable shared experience that will inevitably bring you closer.

We use dance to build connection because connection is the most meaningful thing we can create.

I had the absolute best past week starting off with an annual Gal Pals trip (missed you @jj.muenz !!) and then finished it off in Bryce Canyon! Highlights were Henry reading from her 7th grade journal, our ability to never stop talking, 3 hour FaceTime with JBo, and going out and having our restaurant turn into a club to remind us of the good ol’ days 😂. Bryce was so stunning and I’m so happy I finally made it down there to check it out. Time together with these ladies always fills me up and I’m so proud to call them besties 💗💗💗
