took part in an interclub at @lumpinifightacademy 2 years away from any kind of competing, few things to work on but happy with my performance and looking forward to getting back into the fight game 🙏

Different backgrounds. Different strengths. Same fight heart.
They push each other on the hard days, celebrate the small wins, and stand side by side when it’s time to step into the ring.
This is more than training. This is sisterhood built in sweat and bruises 🥊🥊🥊

Sisterhood is something truly special right? 💅

During my fight camp my daily routine was train with the girls, drink coffee with girls, beach with the girls and dinner with the girls. What could be better????

When entering a male dominated space seeing another woman there, it’s reassuring, you can feel yourself relax.

The friendships I’ve made through Muay Thai are truly precious. It’s so much fun kicking and punching them but also being able to cry with them

We support each other
We push each other
We uplift each other

Don’t let yourself being held back becuase you think you’ll be in the minority you have so many supporters you haven’t even met yet but are dying to see you in a pair of gloves 🥊
