For my 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣th post, I am celebrating all the people I never would have met had I not started this account.

I could only fit 10 photos here, so this is not an exclusive list, because there are so many more of you I’m grateful to have met both in real life and virtually.

I just feel really lucky, especially because making friends as an adult is hard!

🇨🇦 Two amazing trips to Vancouver, Canada. In my experience, Canadians are as friendly as the stereotype suggests. @vancitygrowlergirl is the best host and everyone always makes me feel so welcome.

🍻 Having multiple visits with @onmytipsytoes, @hellobrewtifulpgh, @tickinbrews, @b33rlyalive, @prn_beers, @untappingtheworld, and @erins_table despite living thousands of miles apart in most cases.

Got a few more wyrd biers checked off the list today and started @lifewithlaforge on her #wyrdbieradventure too. @omenbrewingyeg has the booziest of the bunch. Aged in rum barrels for over a year, this Belgian dark strong really warmed us up.

Motherhood is a roller coaster! From giving up control of our bodies for 9 months to everything that happens to them postpartum, living in a body that feels foreign for so long can be difficult. If you feel this way, you are not alone.

I want you to know it doesn’t have to be the end of the story for you. I’m proof of that and so many other moms in our supportive community are, too - including @lifewithlaforge!!!

I am so glad that pregnancy brought us together and I hate that we don’t live closer! She’s truly one of those gems for me - the kind you find on social media that you don’t know how you lived so long without!!! 🥹👯‍♀️

Her testimonial speaks for itself, but I can’t tell you how much I knew she was feeling more like herself and PROUD of her efforts because she was in my DMs giving me updates and celebrating her wins!!!

It is okay to want to lose weight and it’s okay to be proud of yourself for that! But what we do isn’t just about what we lose…
