I struggle constantly with balancing my life as a mom & still being ME. I am such a huge believer in balance. I think you can be a good mom but also prioritize yourself. I want my girls to see what self love is all about. Thank you to @momsocialsatx for hosting such a great event! 💖 shout out to my bestie @fabymakeupglam for coming along with me. 💗

One thing that really stuck with me after speaking at the Mommy Reset event this weekend was how many mamas were navigating symptoms AND the fear of making them worse. ❤️

Pelvic pain during pregnancy. Back pain. Leaking. Diastasis. Prolapse.

So many mamas wanted to get back to Pilates, group fitness, lifting weights, or running, but they were afraid of making things worse. They were unsure of how to move, what to modify, or where to even start.

And when you’re caring for a newborn, lifting car seats, carrying kids, and chasing toddlers, figuring out your own recovery can feel like one more thing on an already full plate.

We hear “listen to your body” and “just do what you did before,” but what if you don’t know what your body is telling you? What if you’re experiencing symptoms, what you did before doesn’t feel good anymore, or you want to try something new?

You deserve more guidance than that. ❤️

And honestly, this is a big part of why I do what I do.

Motherhood asks SO much of our bodies. We need strength for the everyday demands of caring for our kids AND the activities we love. You deserve a plan that meets you where you are, helps you build strength from the inside out, and gives you the confidence to keep progressing.

That’s exactly why I created ALPHA MAMA STRONG. Expert-guided digital programs to help you prepare for birth, rebuild postpartum, or work toward running again, with the flexibility to fit into real mom life.

✨ Right now, get 50% off ALL prenatal and postpartum programs!

Not sure which program is right for you? DM me MOMMY RESET. Tell me where you are in your journey and what you’re working toward, and I’ll help you find the best place to start. ❤️

Thank you, @momsocialsatx , for creating space for these conversations and @coplaycove for hosting us!

And a little love to @latchonsatx for the shirt in this reel. 🫶🏼

I was invited to participate in the panel of Mommy Reset by @momsocialsatx as a speaker. I would like to share with you what I think of these questions.

Motherhood can be challenging, but you don't have to walk this journey alone.
If you would like some company, feel free to reach out. I would like to be part of your support system.🩷

A reminder that moms need to be poured into, too. 🤍

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to attend Mommy Reset, and it was such a refreshing time to slow down, connect with other moms, and listen to a meaningful conversation about motherhood.

One of my biggest takeaways was the reminder that taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. We can’t pour from an empty cup.

I also had the opportunity to share a quick infant CPR demonstration, which made the event even more special! One of my favorite things about building Rose Training Center is getting to bring lifesaving education into spaces like this and connect with the San Antonio community in meaningful ways.

I’m so grateful for events that remind us we’re not meant to do motherhood alone. Thank you to everyone who made Mommy Reset such a special experience! ❤️

So thankful for the communities that have been built in San Antonio to support moms and families.

Yesterday I had the honor of speaking on a panel at the Mommy Reset, and I am still so grateful for that room.

We talked about the hard conversations so many moms avoid because they simply do not have the emotional capacity left.

I shared that this is not a courage problem, because exhausted mothers are some of the bravest women I know.

It is a structure problem, and structure is exactly what I teach women who are ready for their marriage to change.

Thank you to the @momsocialsatx and every mom who showed up for herself, because you reminded me why I do this work.

If you are ready to stop avoiding that conversation, watch my free training through the link in my bio, then book a call with me. I can’t wait to walk you through how to turn things around!
