About a year after making their NYC debut, I'm happy to bring West Virginia's Fallfiftyfeet back for another NYC go-round - this time at Gold Sounds in Brooklyn! The metalcore/mathcore/post-hardcore powerhouse are headlining a stacked bill that includes old-school NY/CT metalcore quartet Humiliate, NYC metallic hardcore upstarts Comply, Long Island progressive death metal crew More of Myself To Kill, and NYC's latest throwback metalcore moshers .decayoftheangel.! Took longer than expected to get this one together, but love the way it turned out! Friday, July 17th, at Gold Sounds in Brooklyn! All ages, 7pm doors, tickets available NOW via Dice and the linktree in our bio!

Semester 7 recap + Necrophagist Ensemble appreciation post ‼️

I was so fortunate to spend this past semester covering Necrophagist as a directed study class, so much work went into this including 2 rehearsals a week, 10 songs in total (including the entirety of Epitaph), transcribing guitar and bass parts, and 3 shows to top it off. I actually got to play my first ever Boston house show recently on a local death metal bill as part of this band which was so sick. It’s actually crazy how much I have learned and improved as a guitar player from this, I’ve really been thinking about the instrument and music in general with so much more precision and intention now. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO @thomasf_dm @mattschneiderontheguitar @_whale.bass_ @professorfloingus for being literally the coolest bandmates and for putting so much work into this, honestly such an honor to shred this stuff with you guys

Anyway, if you like Necrophagist give us a follow @dawn_and_demise_ma

In other news, @exosphere_band finally got back together full time recently, and we grinded so much stuff out over the semester and I cannot wait for you all to hear what we’ve been cooking very soon (follow us for updates…)
Also enjoy the rest of the photo dump, lots of insane shows this semester and other shenanigans
