& the C35 winner is…. @monalisa_ha ! 🎉📣👏🌟🤩🙌 Here's what she has to say about her challenge experience: "I have been looking for a fun but demanding workout class for a while, joined F45 in June last year and I haven't looked back since. The always changing 45 minute classes are efficient and challenge you beyond what you think you're capable of. The trainers are knowledgeable, vibrant, unbelievable motivating (even if they do kick your ass) and always cheer you on. After not being very sporty for quite some time, and then COVID hit, I wanted more than just a fitness class, I wanted a lifestyle change, and that's definitely what I've got and I can't imagine life without it now. The F45 challenge was so much fun and even more motivating to see and feel how I lost some pounds and got stronger every day and I’m glad I made it until the end. Including healthy food, working out, getting enough sleep and prioritizing a healthy lifestyle has become part of my daily routine. I’m happy I found F45 Park Slope - I am feeling fitter and stronger than I have in a long time and genuinely looking forward to the next challenge!"   If you see Mona-Lisa at the studio, be sure to give her a high five for her growth & accomplishments! 🙌 We’ve got another challenge coming your way soon, stay tuned for details 👀👀👀 #f45 #f45parkslope #f45training #goalsetting #fitnesschallenge #fitnessmotivation #fitness #brooklyn #brooklynfitness #parkslope #workout #workoutmotivation #teamwork #functionalfitness #functionaltraining #HIITworkout #outdoorfitness #indoorfitness #motivated #inspired #fitnesstrainer #fitnesscoach #brooklynvibes #cardiotraining #strengthtraining #c35 #f45challenge #fitnesschallenge
