It just doesn’t get more romantic than these two were. You could hear it in their words for each other and see it from the way they would look at one another. Precious precious.

“The Lull” 💫
.
Wedding Planning is FULL ON….until it’s not. I’ve often seen my couples experience some discomfort or “what do I do with my hands??” energy when after months and months of emails and phone calls and signing contracts and making big decisions, the “to do” list massively shrinks. This period between booking all of your vendors and then actually making decisions on details often occurs 3-6 months before your event and I’ve personally coined it “The Lull”.
.
I wrote a Welcome Guide for all of my Full Design + Plan Clients that outlines the general flow of Planning, major tips and tricks on guest list, invitation wording, and marriage license how-tos. I still guide you through the whole Planning Process when we’re working together, but if you’re anything like me you sure like to know what to expect up front as well! So here’s your free tip: there is generally a really natural (and healthy) pause in your Planning is coming, so fill it with date nights and showers or parties with your friends so that it’s not just all work, but some play, too!

Happy 1 year Sophia and Art! It was so fun venturing around the PNW with you both, and worshipping with you at your ceremony! As you now bring a little one into this world, I couldn’t be happier for you both!

With each click of my camera shutter, the lens captures many things, like stolen glances and laughter echoing like sweet melodies. I don't photograph for photos, I photograph for memories.
