Original “Return of the Curse of Timeland” poster art by Steve Cohen. Ink, pencil + wite-out on Paper. Also included is the official poster along with different color versions of the poster.

This was a rescheduling of the cancelled 2021 New Year's Eve Timeland Festival and featured the debuts of Magenta Mountain, The Garden Goblin, The Dripping Tap, and Soy-Protein Munt Machine.

Steve Cohen (@mongofreak) known in the local music scene as “Mongo” is a Melbourne-based DIY screen printer, merch maker, and record curator. He founded creative hub @toofargone_preston, where he taught himself screen printing to design band posters, tees, and merch from his mum’s kitchen table before eventually setting up shop in a Northcote factory, serving the local / Australian rock scene with bold, punk-inspired visuals that shaped Melbourne’s indie culture. In addition to printing, Steve runs @rowdys_records , a platform for releasing cool and eclectic physical music offerings. His work embodies the core spirit of DIY music culture, blending hands-on craft, quirky aesthetic, and community-focused creativity.

Steve wrote a note to me on the original, which I edited out for the purposes of privacy.

It would be impossible to do a post big enough to fit in all of the shop shirts that we’ve printed…but here’s a few that are currently scattered around the shop. Working with my favourite artists has been extremely cool. Much love to anyone who has contributed. Loads more reprints and new ones soon. Open today 11 til 6pm. 411 High St Northcote

Holy hell what a weekend. A rollercoaster of late night triumph and early morn heartbreakers.

@___metho were so close to playing our first ever show but our dear @blasphematey was annihilated by the lurg. He offered to push through even after spending 6 straight hours on Bile Mountain on the day but we shut it down.

I tried to scale Bile Mountain through inebriation and thankfully fell into the company of these fine humans. Thanks @coldchiselofficial

The overlords at @rowdys_records have graciously agreed to a do over this Saturday Nov 2nd. They didn’t have to but we are so happy our first show will be there as planned. They even put us on the shirt by @mongofreak … 👉🏾

So everyone who reached out we hope to see you Saturday for a slightly delayed but equally depraved afternoon of short songs new and old. It will be the first time Raging Head songs have been played live. Bring the kids, we are.
