Episode 1: Monif Meets Rogue🐊

Welcome to the very first episode of my new mini-series, “Monif Meets ____” where I take you along as I meet incredible wildlife and the people working to protect them.

For Episode 1, we headed down to Holland Bay Crocodile Sanctuary @crocsanctuaryjamaica to help get Rogue out of a bit of a sticky situation. Safe to say it was an unforgettable day and I couldn’t have asked for better company than likes of the pros such as @empha_size @joey._.brown & @roostersworldja .

I hope you enjoy this first episode as much as I enjoyed filming it!

Celebratory group pic after catching up & moving one of Lawrence’s big boys (Rogue) at the croc sanctuary 🐊😅

Unfortunately Rogue managed to get into a neighboring males enclosure, erupting in a battle royal between the two (Rogue vs Thrasher) 💪

We then had a fun, swampy obstacle course of various barriers to work around while catching and hauling Rogue back out.

In the end, we all got a good workout and finished the day with some fence repairs & Red Stripes before making the 2 hour roadtrip back to Kingston🍻🐊🇯🇲
