You don’t need to become louder, more polished or more impressive to deserve to be seen. 🖤 Sometimes being unseen isn’t about hiding from a camera or a crowd. It’s laughing when something hurts. It’s agreeing when you disagree. It’s saying yes while your body and your values are saying no. These 12 prompts come straight from The Art of Being Seen, my shadow work and self-expression workbook. They’re an invitation to notice where you learned to edit yourself, and to begin choosing differently. How to use them: ✦ One prompt at a time ✦ Write honestly, not beautifully ✦ Come back to the one that stings. That’s where the work is. Save this for your next journaling session, and send it to the woman who needs permission to take up space. If you’re ready to go deeper, the full workbook has 5 sections, a self-abandonment audit, your personal visibility ladder and a 7-day visibility challenge. It’s $27, link in bio. You do not have to earn the right to take up space. ✨ Which prompt hit hardest? Tell me the number below 👇🏼 — Disclaimer: Shadow work can stir things up. Go gently, and reach out for support if you need it. It could also make you give less fucks of what people think of you and I love that for you. 😎
