🍀 Well, yall, the 2025 Eastern Region Spring All-Star Conference will go down as one of the best experiences I have ever had!

It was great! I loved the service projects, the games, and the people, and I really enjoyed putting it together. Being on Council has really been an impactful experience for me, and it has helped me grow as a person. I am so thankful that you all took a chance on me when I ran for area scout, then Deputy Chief, and now Chief. I can not put into words how much the it has done for me! I pray that GOD would be with me this next year as Chief and that we can build this program to new heights!

If I could describe this conference in one word, it would be "Surreal." I have seen my friends from previous councils walk around the star and pass on their sash, but I found myself doing it now. I remember watching people like @mason._.valentine @_olivia.castle and many others during senior vespers, but now I found myself leading it and facing the crowd instead of being a part of it... Time really does fly... While I know that what the future brings is more than exciting, I admittedly got choked up at times. I won't experience another conference with my bromigos Zac and Matthew. I won't see Mr. Beaty at the Council meetings anymore... But perhaps if the moment never ended, it would lose its meaning. I really don't know where I am going with this, but I find it hard not to get introspective.

Anyway, I think I have yapped for long enough! 😆 🍀
