Thank you to the DeVos and Van Andel G3 family members for making the trip to come visit our Nutrilite Facility in Buena Park yesterday.

The family members have been traveling through the journey of how a Nutrilite product is made: they started by visiting the Nutrilite farm in Quincy, Washington to learn about how our Nutrilite botanicals are grown, harvested and prepared to be used in our products along with other innovative work they are doing at the farms to develop even more sustainable practices and ingredients; continuing the journey, the family members traveled to Buena Park to learn about how our Nutrilite botanicals are utilized in our Nutrilite products and manufactured. They also got an in-depth background on the inspiring history of Carl Rehnborg and Nutrilite.

More photos to come of the family members experience, but am just so thankful for all the work our I&S team did on putting together an awesome tour that was experiential and interactive! The team really shined, sharing all the great innovations they are so passionately working on.

Today was an absolutely beautiful day to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! I can’t believe she’s already 25 years old, and yet I haven’t aged a bit! 😉 Happy Birthday, Monreau! We love you!

My family and I had a wonderful time hosting our Amway friends at the American Magic base this week. We had the privilege of hearing from the American Magic skipper, Terry Hutchinson, as he shared both the successes and the challenges our team faced during the 36th America’s Cup. Despite our outcome, he expressed our most valuable resource has always been the people and their resilience.

This message reminds me of the spirit and character of our Amway Team around the world! There will always be challenges, but the support and encouragement of your team surrounding you will always allow you to persevere.

We’re so proud of the work our IBO’s are doing here in New Zealand, and we look forward to seeing what they accomplish in the years to come!

Happy New Year, everyone! This New Year’s looked a little different for us this year, as you can see! We celebrated last night from our managed isolation hotel room in New Zealand, as we await the America’s Cup racing that starts in the middle of January.

We’re also feeling a little deja-vu as we celebrated the new millenium in New Zealand just 20 years ago, while attending the 2000’s America’s Cup. The circumstances are a little different this time around!

2020 was a challenge, and like any challenge, it gave us an opportunity to grow. We may not have liked it, and it may not have been fun, but we have to take what we’ve learned and be better going forward. So let’s look at 2021 with optimism, and use our renewed strength and perseverance as we go into this exciting new year. Cheers!

One of the greatest adventures Dad and I have been blessed to experience is Fatherhood. This is the second year without Dad and I miss him every day. The lessons he instilled and the memories we made will last for generations as I pass them down to my own kids.

I want to take a moment to wish a happy Father’s Day to my brothers Dick and Dan, Steve and Dave Van Andel, and all the fathers in our Amway family. I hope all you dads have time to enjoy and reflect on this incredible gift of Fatherhood and Family that we’ve been given.
