@monsoon.percussion Dry series!

Mini cover of a new release from @glassmouth - a local band I first encountered when we both played at the same show way back in 2016. That’s a decade ago now 🤯

I’ve never attempted to play a song that was so fast and unusually phrased that it was not only too fast for my limbs but also my brain (honestly I max out at 90% speed for actually registering what’s happening) - almost wanted to give up and call it impossible but here’s a messy take anyway.

Much respect to Josh for laying down the original drums on this track, and thanks to @aidenlilith
for inviting me to take on this drum challenge!!

Prototype Monsoon cymbals featured during the filming of the latest @hijackhayleyband MV. These cymbals are very bright and project powerfully; yet they remain steadfast and controlled. Give them a shot when the production models arrive!
