Join me tonight! for an online meditation as we prepare for the New Moon in Libra on the 10/10 Portal. 🌚🧘🏻‍♀️💫

Tonight we explore connection without self-abandonment. Honoring balance in our relationships, boundaries, reciprocity, and staying connected to ourselves while still being open to others.

We’ll move through the Celestial energy cleanse, breathwork, somatic exercises, guided meditation, and journaling to create space for what we’re ready to release and what we want to cultivate in this next cycle.

Final Tour Vlog….
8 shows in one month was insane. Two of those weekends had 3 shows back to back in different states. You just don’t sleep.. such a wild experience and I kinda love it. Although it’s definitely not sustainable. Can maybe rip a schedule like this once a year 🤷🏻‍♂️

Friday: NY with Desert Dwellers was such a proper vibe! First time playing in New York and I already can’t wait to be back! Tried to sleep in a bed at the airport but didn’t work out. Got stuck waiting and didn’t sleep. Got an hour on the plane tho 😏

Saturday: Wedding festival. Playing a set and walking my dear friend down the isle 🙌🏻 Got to see all my best friends and celebrate love and all that. Such a vibe! Congrats @shmeph805 and @lucidartifacts love you guys so much 🥹Drove back to LA at 2am to rest at my fams house for a little. Got a couple hours of sleep then woke up to an earthquake. Had an early flight to Michigan anyways so I guess it’s fine.

Sunday: Big Fam Fest in Michigan. By this point I was barely holding it together but big fam peeps were legendary and made me feel so welcome. That stage was incredibly epic! Such an honor to play this one. It’s been on my list for a while 🫶🏻

Thank you @monster_mad for flying to LA Friday night to grab a car and get everything ready for us so that I wasn’t late to the wedding. We cut it super close 😬

Let’s create space to slow down, connect inward, and listen to what wants to be expressed through you.

Really looking forward to holding class today at 7pm! 🤍

This time of year feels like an invitation 🌸 to open, to shift, and to come back into alignment. I’m so grateful to move through that together with my favorite crew @holisticwellnesscenteroc 🧘🏻‍♀️

Affirmation for today:
“I trust that what I’ve been building is beginning to move, and I allow myself to receive what’s ready.”

Love & Light,

Happy Earth Day! 🌍 Tonight’s session is officially full!

Feeling really grateful for everyone joining and willing to slow down, breathe, and flow together.

We’re moving through the first days of Taurus season and the heart of spring 🌸 a time that invites us to ground in our bodies, to connect with Mother Earth, and to trust the natural pace of growth.

Excited to share this space and energy tonight! @holisticwellnesscenteroc
