Struggle bus 100% today, but I'm not missing a Monday. Pre-workout, headphones, head down and put in the work. Back today followed by an incline treadmill walk. 💥✨

Leg day feels. I may or may not have butt scooched ( is that a word? I guess it is now) down the stairs when I got back to my office. 🤣🤣🤣

It's been a really rough week. Vacation last week, back to work this week, same job but new role I guess you'd say. I need to quit asking "what now?" the universe keeps accepting the challenge. More days crying at work than not, but still showing up to work on me. And yes, I'm happy today hiding in the corner by myself.

It is 100% truth that Motivation is not what you need to succeed, it is DEDICATION. We all have days where stress levels are high, or maybe we are just feeling really down about something but the best thing that you can do is to take yourself to the gym and get that workout in. It is never going to be time wasted, and it is always going to make you feel better, even if just for a short while. Dedication over movitation always! Keep grinding!!

HEY YALL,

CHECK THIS SHIT OUT!

I WILL NOT GIVE UP
I WILL NOT GIVE IN
I WILL NOT FIT IN TO YOUR WORLD
I WILL 💯 💯 💯 TAKE OVER THIS SHIT!

I live with a Day one, Week one mentality.
This mentality is rooted in self- discipline, personal accountability and humility.
While most people stop when they are tired,
I stop when I'm done.

In a world where mediocrity is often the standard, my life's mission is to become uncommon amongst the uncommon.
People's bullshit and fakeness are the main reason why I like to be ALONE!

I remember when I thought that I'd never be able to get sober.
I'm super grateful for my sobriety today and I never want to live in that type of misery ever again.

THE DREAM IS FREE, BUT THE HUSTLE IS SOLD SEPARATELY.

"DON'T CRY OVER THE PAST, IT'S GONE. DON'T STRESS ABOUT THE FUTURE, IT HASN'T ARRIVED.
I LIVE IN THE PRESENT AND MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL.

MANY PEOPLE ALLOW THEIR MIND TO DWELL IN THE PAST OR WORRY ABOUT THE FUTURE AND THEY FORGET TO LIVE IN THE NOW.

ENJOY THE MOMENT, BE PRESENT, BE APPRECIATIVE AND GRATEFUL FOR LIFE!

"IF YOU SPEND TIME CHASING BUTTERFLIES, THEY'LL FLY AWAY.
BUT IF YOU SPEND TIME MAKING A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN, THE BUTTERFLIES WILL COME TO YOU.

WHEN YOU FOCUS ON IMPROVING YOURSELF, EVERYTHING YOU WANT WILL COME TO YOU. WE ATTRACT BASED ON WHO WE ARE, NOT WHAT WE WANT.
DON'T CHASE, ATTRACT!

I LOVE THIS CRAZY, TRAGIC, SOMETIMES ALMOST MAGIC AWFUL, BEAUTIFUL LIFE!

IF TODAY, ALL YOU DID WAS HOLD YOURSELF TOGETHER, I'M PROUD OF YOU!!!
BE YOU, DO YOU, FOR YOU!!

YALL HAVE A GREAT DAY
AND
YALL HAVE A PHENOMENAL FUKIN WEEKEND

Crazy start to the week, busy busy busy!! When it gets crazy and the only thing I want to do is sit in quiet and relax I remind myself that the physique I want is not achieved by doing that, it is consistency and hard work. Have a great week my friends!!
