Only Gillian could have that big of a smile, double fist stacking and looking up at the chicken wing section above.

It was so awesome to watch her tick Cruise Air! She’s really turned into a crack weapon 💪

Summer on film 🎞️ Mostly snapped by Lu, who I forced to carry my little Olympus MJU ii on multiple trips. Turns out he’s not a bad photographer and I’m finally in some of the photos!

⛰️ A night on Mount Coree! 🏕️

A quick overnight camp with my girlfriend at Mount Coree, where the ACT meets NSW. The perfect spot to test out the Mont Dragonfly tent and soak up some mountain views!

Have you camped here before?

Birthday Girl finish on the West Highland Way yesterday! 🥳🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
… that’s the 100 or so miles through Scotland with 6 wildcamps

for my bday weekend I bagged 2 epic wildcamps, the best weather you can wish for in Scotland and of course the West Highland Way! ☀️

On the final section (Kinlochleven to Fort William) I planned for an extra wild camp along Lairig Mor knowing it would be an epic spot to camp and I’m so glad I did, but oh it got cold, which explains the pile of Hothands in my messy pic!

I did love the walk but I think the real highlights for me along the WHW were the wildcamp spots I found so I am really happy I decided to lug the extra kit around. It really adds to the whole experience of wild Scotland. I just get a lil more out of being a little feral I think, and just love the chance to get a cold swim in!!

Of course I loved the sections through Glencoe the most. What a way to spend my birthday weekend!

so happy I did this for myself and ticked off another solo thruhike this year

I expect I’ll walk the way again 💙🤍💙

See you again very soon Scotland, when the snow hits!! ❄️🏔️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
