THE MAN WHO LAID ME OFF BECAME MY FIRST INSAIN FITNESS CLIENT.

That’s him at the beginning of this video.

I had just finished playing arena football when COVID canceled what would become my final season. Around that same time, I started Insain Fitness.

I was working as a recruiter for Engineering Technical Group when the company had to make major layoffs. I wasn’t one of the senior employees, so my boss had to let me go.

There were never any hard feelings. He had a job to do.

But life has a funny way of bringing things full circle—because the man who had to lay me off became my first Insain Fitness client.

That moment helped begin a journey that has allowed me to train so many other incredible athletes—from young athletes to college athletes, professional boxers, rugby players, professional athletes, and competitors from across the country.

For four years, I poured everything I had into Insain Fitness full-time before returning to the corporate world.

I’ve had to take time away at different points, but I never gave up on the vision. I truly believe Insain Fitness came from God and that helping people through training, discipline, confidence, and community is part of what I was called to do.

Insain Fitness has grown into more than workouts. It has created relationships, opportunities, teams, events, programs, apparel, challenges, and a family that continues to grow.

Today, August 12, 2026, we celebrate SIX YEARS of Insain Fitness. ⚡️

First, I thank God for giving me the vision and continuing to guide it. I also thank every athlete, parent, coach, client, friend, family member, and supporter who has trusted me along the way.

Every session, referral, repost, purchase, conversation, and word of encouragement has helped build this.

As we enter year seven, the mission is to keep growing—not only the athletes, but the family, the business, and the entire Insain community.

Six years down. We’re still here, and we’re just getting started.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, INSAIN FITNESS. 🖤❤️⚡️
