Okay, prepare yourself for a soppy post. Where do I even begin?

Three years ago, I started my tattoo journey at Tatt Brat. From the moment I decided I wanted to tattoo, I knew this was the only place I wanted to be. Somehow, it exceeded every expectation I had, which is what made the decision to open my own studio so incredibly difficult.

While I’m beyond excited and ready for this next chapter, it’s also deeply bittersweet to be leaving the place that has truly felt like my home away from home.

To Zoe - thank you for believing in me and taking me on as your apprentice. Thank you for teaching me the foundations, the discipline, and what it truly means to be a good tattoo artist. You’ve always allowed me to move in my own lane, to grow into my style, and you’ve never once held me back. Your support, guidance, and friendship mean more than I can put into words. I would not be where I am today without you.

To the Brats - being surrounded by such talented, creative, and wildly unique artists has been the biggest privilege. The love, laughter, and genuine friendships we share are rare in a workplace. I will forever cherish the memories we’ve made together and can’t wait to make many more in the future.

To my clients - thank you for trusting me, for supporting me, and for allowing me to create pieces that become part of you forever. That trust is something I never take lightly. I cannot wait to welcome you into Butter Ink.

Even though I’m moving on, I’ll always feel part of this family. The support you’ve shown me stepping into this new chapter has meant everything.

P.S. Somebody please make sure Tatt Brat never stops playing Drake and Jack Harlow on Spotify.

With love,
Bella x
