Monza BMX UPDATE:
- TIRES - I tossed the tires the Bike Thief had put on there. Literally just threw the tires and tubes in the garbage bin to get rid of the uninspiring all black tires, and wanting to just get rid of the bad vibes from them. The replacements are OK. I didn't get the Kenda K50's, but thought a slightly more street tread would be good. I'm iffy on the darker color of the sidewall, jury is still out. I might go back to the OG Kenda's later or ask the fellas @cruising.in.the.808 about the set I saw on one of their builds.

- PEDALS AND CRANKS - Well thanks to the help from the Monza bike brotherhood @cruising.in.the.808 , I'm able to replace the factory cranks the Bike Thief completely ruined by cross-threading his orange platform pedals. A replacement set of Monza factory cranks are on and I'm so grateful for the love of the 808.

- Miscellaneous annoyance. Well apparently the Bike Thief felt it necessary to wear an excess of cologne whose scent seemingly impregnated itself into the pads, the pad covers, and the handlebar grips. The grips required a soaking in baking soda and water and then vinegar to purify and cleanse the nasty cologne.....oh well.

GOOD NEWS - It looks like we may get a couple of days of "warmer" weather this weekend, thus an opportunity to bring out the @monzabmx and ride with my boys. 💪🏽

The moral of this story:
-Ride your BMX bike.
- Eat Tacos. 😁
- GIve to others when you have an opportunity. It feeds the heart.
