a Crew Club workout at @kollective.inc wearing @kimaessentials there’s nothing better to end the weekend.

Yall know I love a good workout and I’m pretty sure I’ve found the workout community for me with Crew Club. I’m not a huge runner but love the community and wellness aspect of run clubs so being apart of Crew Club allows me to get both of those elements without the running.

I had the best time this morning taking a mat Pilates class at @moogiepilates with @kimaessentials summer Crew Club

I have secretly been envious of everyone who has been doing run clubs and I almost convinced myself to start running but I’m really glad I found the Crew Club just in time. Honestly this is right up my alley it’s gives me the people + community+ fitness of a run club but without the running.

Excited for all the class the Crew Club has this summer. Also, you need this Kima set in your life. It will motivate to get your body moving.

As on over-used buzzword on social, I hesitate to use the word “aesthetic” as a descriptor on here at times. But according to its definition: “concerned with beauty or the appreciation of beauty,” it stands to be a fitting catch-all for the types of locations we hope to highlight.

While not a category on Opulist just yet, we wanted to take a minute and acknowledge the spread of beautiful design beyond restaurants and hotels and showcase some (of many) fitness studios and gyms that allow you to be surrounded by beauty while engaging in activities that can sometimes feel less-than-pleasurable.

Does it make a difference in your performance and overall mood? We think so. But you let us know if design and extra amenities play a role in where you choose to work out, and if you’d add any places to this list 🍑

things i’ve been doing for my health lately and pretty much always: pilates (and lots of it), cooking and eating clean/whole foods, long power walks on the trail, more food and supplements, more pilates, peloton workouts at the gym (and in mine), sunscreen and eyewear free walks with bugalicious first thing in the morning, therapy ~ take care
