But for the duration of the AGT Art Exhibition this week, her creative haven has been transformed into a little gift shop, filled with thoughtfully curated treasures, locally made goods and beautiful things with stories to tell.

Happy Spring Day & even better, Happy MCC Day 🥂🌸

Here is a little collection of some of our favourite moments from the last few years — family, friends, cousins, colleagues and so many special people we’ve managed to rope into a sabrage somewhere along the way! ⚔️🍾 Can you spot the regulars!!

This MCC Day feels particularly special for us, because it’s our first one celebrating as MCC producers ourselves.

Pax aut Bellum has always been so much more than just a bottle of bubbles to us. It’s been a real family journey - dreamed up during COVID, made here in our beautiful Elgin Valley, named after the Gunn family motto, and created with the hope that one day it will be something meaningful that we leave behind for our children.

And, as with most things in our lives, the people around us have become such a huge part of that story too. ❤️

They’ve tasted, toasted, celebrated, encouraged, supported and, as this reel proves, very willingly picked up a sabre when asked 😂

So on the first day of Spring, and on MCC Day, we’re celebrating this crazy wonderful journey, our first official year in the MCC producer space, and most importantly, the people we get to share it all with. 🥂

Here’s to Spring, to MCC, to our people and, always, to a little more Pax aut Bellum. 🌸🥂⚔️
