POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Many of us live with great conditions to exist, dance and exchange love publicly and beyond the art form. We are happy to continue dancing with you and leaving sparkles, traces, love viruses, everywhere we go together. It is NOT the case for many other queer & trans beings in other places in the world, there is still sooo much to do.

To all friends and allies and Let’s continue making every day a statement, a celebratory statement of the multiplicities we all are. However thinking of our 2SLGBTQI+siblings in Uganda, Iran, Russia, Qatar, China, Singapore, more…and further communities whose governments not provide protection, even worse condemn us/them as far as with DEATH.

Donate, support and follow the LGBTQI+ International communities in Köln. These people are doing fantastic work in Köln.

🗯Englisch 🗯 (Deutsch weiter unten)

Thank you for being with us this week and following our colourful stories of the fearless and sexy maiskinder.

I am Sebastian and I like to move around, wear big earrings and be annoying to institutions at times.

If I look in me, I think I have a big fear of knowing to not be able to know everyone’s fear - as in, wait - the pains and crises of people living today can look so close and understandable, while actually an article, a Instagram post or a conversation will never put you in that same experience of these fears. I guess this could become a push for more empathy, for reaching out and be supportive.

And one way to do this might be the celebration of togetherness: a dance or a runway in the streets feeling belonging, freedom, fun and empowerment for and with one another. This could be maiskind.

🗯Deutsch🗯
