Oh what a beautiful mornin’, oh what a beautiful day ✨✨✨

B & N shared their day with a couple dozen of their loved ones up in Santa Barbara. They gathered in the garden of the Santa Barbara County Courthouse where their future brother-in-law had the honor of officiating their ceremony and the warmth and energy in the atmosphere was electric.

I never stop pinching myself that I get to document these momentous days for my couples. It’s a tremendous honor.

You know what I love about shooting weddings…
I get to witness all the emotions of the day first hand.

I get to see the endless tears from mom every time she glances towards her daughter…

I get to see Dad fighting his tears when he sees his little girl as a bride for the first time…
.
I get to witness the brides besties cater to her every need because they want her to feel taken care of…
.
I get to witness families embracing each other because who knows how long it’s been since they last saw each other…
.
I get to look the couple in their eyes and remind them to take it all in. Just look at each other and take time to reflect on the commitment you just promised each other.

.
And let’s be real every wedding day isn’t perfect and they definitely have unexpected things arise… however my job is to capture the beauty of the day, the emotions of the day, the celebration of the day and all the details in between.

So even if everything doesn’t go according to plan… we go with the flow and I make sure your day is captured just as you envisioned… OR EVEN BETTER.
