Dear diary!!

(A dyslexia person’s diary is not just a diary ;)
it is a diery :))

Do you know what a dieta is in Shipibo culture?

It is so much more than a diet.

It is a period of creating space to listen, to become quieter, to observe yourself and nature and to build a relationship with the plant.

The plant is not simply something you consume.
It becomes a teacher.

This time, I have been dieting with two different plants, Niwe Rao and Noi Rao.

There is so much I could say, but some things are not meant to be explained. They are meant to be lived.

So here is just a tiny piece of my time in the jungle.

With the plants.
With the forest.
With myself.

A little page from my diery 🌿🤎

🌿 An honour beyond words.

To witness and take part in the preparation of Medicine alongside the Shipibo family @jochipapanete is something I will carry in my heart forever.

I am deeply grateful to be welcomed into this process and to learn from their traditions, and wisdom.

My heart is expanding with love and gratitude every day. 🤎✨🌿

Luna Divina!! @disilindogasi

What a journey it was… expression truly goes beyond words!
The moments I shared with my sisters, the tears that poured straight from my heart, the deep mirrors we became for each other!
Each breath, each embrace, each silence held a story.
Gratitude fills me 🤍

An embrace in the silence
Time slows down beneath the water
Breaths soften
And hearts begin to speak

Held in stillness
Like a memory deep within the body
A return to the womb
Where everything began

Trust…
Surrender…
The weight of the world dissolves

This is where the soul remembers
What it means to feel safe
To be seen
To be held without needing words

Water carries everything
But above all
It carries us home

Something’s been shifting lately… and I thought I was breaking.
But turns out, I was just feeling more.

If you’re feeling things you can’t name, you’re not alone.
Maybe we’re not falling apart.
Maybe we’re just making space for who we’re becoming.

Alchemy!!
The real healing starts when you tune into yourself, let go of the inner judgment, and let your vessel take the lead. Let the breath move through your body and allow your system to soften the old layers 🤎

The skin is made of soil,
…. am made of water,
temper is fire,
life source is air…

I am my Mother’s savage daughter.
She carved me with thunder,
Raised me on wild winds and river songs…
She taught me to bare my teeth and open my heart

I am here to remember.
To howl, to bleed, to bloom..
To honour the fire in my bones
and the soil beneath my feet..

This body is a temple of memories..
memories of every being
who was ever told to be quiet..

And yet I am love
this is my prayer
to the ancestors..

A moment from the Solstice at Stonehenge today 🌞
Walking barefoot on sacred ground,
touching ancient stones that have held thousands of sunrises.
I didn’t plan much — just followed the joy, the rhythm, the play.
Grateful to witness the turning of the wheel in this magical place.

It is a great day to have a great day :)
Let your inner child take the lead…
Blowing bubbles in the sun, feeling the wind on my skin,
and remember, the joy doesn’t need a reason.
It just needs space.

Drumming to the waters, singing with the fairies while spreading the love in every beat and receiving the messages..

This was a beautiful memory from a place that still echoes in my heart 💚
