Guess what we are working on!?!

"Hold Dear" our site specific installation exploring the action of packing and unpacking that bookend travel.

During AYB Summer Session 2025 AYB artists created miniature artworks which explore what gets left behind, and what gets brought with us when we travel to new destinations.

"Hold Dear" is curated by ART YARD BKLYN (AYB) artists Jacob Rath and Lenika Silva for Small House Gallery, London.

Hi! I’m Mia and I’m from Brooklyn, New York! I have no idea what I want to major in but I’m thinking printmaking?

I love going on long walks, bike rides, exploring new places, reading (Eve Babitz atm), thrifting, music (The Sundays, Liz Phair, Sky Ferreira, Magdalena Bay, Suki Waterhouse, Mitski), food/cooking, watching comedy, and going to little events. I love going out but I’m down to stay in too! I used to do wing tsun kung fu and would love find a place to get back into martial arts in college!

Feel free to reach out! I’m not sure where I am roommate wise so contact me if your interested @moonstonemia
