Best CJ from this week and I am very happy with it. It's been a great week of training @moorestownwlc , with energy flowing every day! Rising tides lift all boats. So let's keep on pushing and encouraging each other to be great. Training atmospheres are so important.
Fun and hard week of work before State Championships on Sunday.

I would never tell anyone to do something I wouldn't do myself, so when I say TRY EVERY DAY! I mean it, and that is all that I ask. Whatever it is, just TRY your best. 🫶🏼

POTENTIATION CREATES PR’S.

Bands, are that potentiator.

Bands accelerate, eccentrically, faster than gravity.

As the late great Louis Simmons said,
“Stimulate don’t annihilate.”

As always, my training is not recommended for anyone except… those 1%’ers.

Damerjian Out.

Can banded snatches help get me to @usa_weightlifting ?

I guess we’ll see.

Shout out to one of the hardest sports in the world.

No hard? No gain. No pressure? No diamond.

Pressure is a privilege.

Delayed gratification. Learn it, live it, love it.

Jersey, Just is.

By the way, don’t these.

Damerjian, Out.

We live for Fridays! Full plate just means I'm eating good. Often reminding myself this is what you wanted, worker, and prayed for.
This is what you were made for baby!
I can't rant and yell about "putting in that work", "going that extra mile" and "good habits", then turn around a be a hypocrite.
That is not the Man nor Coach that I am.
I mean it when I say
"We are in this together!" Cause I know for sure I didn't do alone.
Let'sget better together!

Estevan (60kg) swept Bronze at National Championships in a 2-for-6 performance!

He hit his opening snatch at 100kg to immediately cement a medal! Then he C&J’ed 117kg on his second to lock up Bronze in the C&J and Total!

More importantly, Estevan came back from a much different performance at last year’s Nationals. He put in more work, refined his technique, and learned how to attack the bar when it mattered!

Excited to see him continue to grow and chase bigger attempts in the future!

@erinleekw asked me to sign up a week ago and when she shared it was a fundraiser for breast cancer- how could I say no. My training has been no where close to perfect but I was up for a challenge. My goal for today was to make my all my lifts and lift heavy- I DID THAT! Hit 93% of 1RM snatch & 1kg PR in the clean and jerk. Proved to myself that I can lift heavy under pressure. maybe next year we train for this 😏

s/o to @hannah.postiglione & @bmczera723 for being my cheerleaders and photographers ilysm📣 📸

100kg/220lb x 3 Block Snatch PR
This was huge FOR ME, very thankful, and very pleased.
I am only as strong as God allows me to be. So for that I am grateful. Grateful to able to lead and to be able to try. Thank you Jesus! 🙏🏽

Join me in raising money to support breast cancer patients in a fight for their lives. On July 18 at Moorestown Weightlifting Club we’re having a weightlifting meet. Let’s have a good time, lift some weights, and raise money for a great organization. #njweightlifting #barsforboobies #fundraiser
