POV: motherhood taught me that taking care of myself isn’t a luxury 🤍✨

I’ve been loving my classes at [Studio Name] lately. The workouts are challenging, the instructors are amazing, and the amenities honestly make me want to stay all day 😅🧖🏻‍♀️

There’s something so empowering about carving out a little time for yourself, moving your body, and leaving feeling stronger than when you arrived 💗

Hot mom summer starts with Pilates, right? 🤭 @moovstudiopilates

Pilates studios are everywhere right now and I’ve been on a mission to find my favourite 🤍 I’m still very much a beginner — only trying intro and all-levels classes — so take this as an honest first-timer’s perspective, not an expert review.

Honestly? It took me months — maybe even years — to finally just go. There were a million excuses in my head not to. Too intimidating, too expensive, too this, too that. But I finally did it and I’m so glad I did 😊
If you’ve been telling yourself you want to try pilates, just try it. Like me, you might actually enjoy it.
Swipe for my thoughts on each one 👉
My ranking: Moov → Moon → Āki → Resistance
All four gave me a great workout and a real burn.
