2025 USAPL NATIONALS RECAP🏋🏾‍♀️🇺🇸
(JR 70 kg class)

As the year comes to a close, I figured it’s time to finally post my meet recap (yes ik I’m 6 months late, life gets busy😭)

Truthfully, I was working against many factors during this comp. I had a strain in my lower back, barely slept the night before due to travel, messed up my squat, and pulled my hamstring during bench so I didn’t do my other attempts for that.

However, I still gave it my all and knew I didn’t spend months of training and hard work just to give up.

Overall, I’m super proud of myself for even making it to the nationals stage considering I just started powerlifting around this time last year and had 2 meets under my belt!

On top of that, I was still finishing my senior semester at NYU, juggling apartment moving, grad events, and city life in general is a full time job in and of itself but I still powered through. Really wanted top 5 but I know that’s an achievable goal and not too far out of reach!

May step back out there for 2026 nats but for now I’m just enjoying my gym journey one day at a time :)
Thanks to all my cheerleaders as well, you guys keep me motivated each and every day! And thanks to my coach as well @barbearicstrength for his dedication and support!
