#60SecFlex: #HolyDaysOverHolidays- Part 2

Would God prefer us to Christianize pagan holidays or just simply deal with the Holy Days He’s given us? Don’t be apprehensive regarding being an outcast in this society. We are called to walk the narrow path.

Again, no shade or judgement because I celebrated pagan holidays the majority of my life. However, if we love God, when we know better, we do better (Acts 17:30)! God bless!

#60SecConfess: #HolyDaysOverHolidays: I believe what holds people back from dealing with God’s Holy Days is they believe they are giving something up. The great thing is for every man made holiday there is a Holy Day around the same time. Why would we choose man’s days over God’s days? Why would we reverence lesser gods when we serve the God of all Gods?

As parents, children only know and believe what you tell them. If you teach a child that something evil is good then they will believe you. My family & many others are living examples that your children can still deal with God’s Holy Days without feeling left out seeing other children deal with holidays. For example, they aren’t worried about Christmas because they know they’ll get gifts on Purim. More importantly they understand the meaning of why we celebrate it. We don’t have to Christianize evil days when God already gave us days. I don’t say evil to offend or judge because I spent the majority of my life celebrating holidays. But I must tell the truth.

Start with Leviticus 23. Allow God to guide you and pull you away from paganism in these last days. Who cares what the world thinks? What about what God thinks? I’ve celebrated holidays the majority of my life & they don’t even come close to the feeling I receive when celebrating Holy Days ordained by God with my household & church family. If the ays don’t matter or it’s just an Old Testament thing, then why did Christ & the disciples deal with Holy Days? God bless

But Christ and God want us to follow his word and love they neighbor as thyself, all while showing repentance. Bless you all. #Time #God #Rap #christ #israel
