In the studio with San Francisco artist @moraceart. Larry says: “almost everything in the studio is vulnerable to revisit.”

We love Larry’s focus on constant exploration and transformation — reworking until the piece reflects what he wants to share.

It’s no surprise that his own emotive connection to place motivates his practice. Larry shares: “My working process mostly starts with visual observation(s). A wonderful moment that really grabs me. From there the drawing begins as a sort of brailling into an image, searching for a sweet spot, working until the image has a certain presence.”

View a sample of Larry’s available work on ArtlyOwl and send us a DM to schedule a virtual studio visit to see what’s currently on the easel — perhaps reworked versions of these pieces!
