Reality: Sweating our asses off on CitiBikes, singing Britney at the top of our lungs, swimming with manatees and keeping a very safe distance from gators (historic glass boat tour for the win) fueled by rogue dessert missions finding every excuse to indulge our foodie alter ego. From Universal to Key West, Jeeps to Waymo’s 🌊🦩🍦

So much to explore! We didn’t have many days left, but here are my tiny personal takes:

Do’s:
* Get yourself a jeep rental for greater distance and use Waymo’s and CitiBikes in Miami
* Explore the Design District, Wynwood street art, Art Deco Miami Beach, catch that cotton candy sky
* Dinner at @yamashiromiami
* lunch/dinner at the former Versace Mansion @thevillacasacasuarinaofficial (shoutout to Giovanni’s stunning interior design).
* @faenamiamibeach (dress code: elegant chic).
* @deviajuicebar for the absolute freshest!
* Personal Best Key Lime Pie at @moradabaykeys
paired with Mahi Mahi tacos that are genuinely to die for (plus top-tier service!).

Don’ts
* Don’t underestimate the Florida humidity: Attempting cute, frizz-free hair outside is a trap. Just embrace the sweat-glow.
* Don’t skip the bug spray: Swamps, manatees, and gators mean the mosquitoes want a taste of your trip too.
* Don’t rush the road trip: Leave room for spontaneous detours (like rogue dessert missions and glass-bottom boats).
* Don’t play chicken with the wildlife: Keep your distance from the gators, they aren’t posing for your aesthetic photo op. 🐊

The kiss that stopped the whole ceremony at Pierre’s 🤍🌊

When the chuppah is dripping in florals, the aisle is lined in blooms, and the bay is your backdrop…this is what “I do” looks like in Islamorada.

This amazing team produced this beautiful ceremony at Pierre’s, and every moment felt like a movie.
