2025 ended up being one of my favorite years.
New collaborators. Old crews who somehow still answer my texts. Shoots with friends I’ve known forever and projects that reminded me why I keep doing this.
I built a playhouse. Sent Mav off to school.
Cabin lake days that made calendars meaningless. Added a fourth human to the family. Hi, Remy. Launched a podcast that had been living in my head for years. Turns out it wanted out. @purplememoirs
Northern lights showed up in the front yard, unannounced and briefly outshining everything else. Passion projects survived. The year closed out with great friends and very full tables.
Grateful for the work, the people, the chaos, and the calm. Thanks for the memories, 2025. And happy anniversary Emily, grateful to be doing life with you, laughing through it, figuring it out as we go.

In one frame or many, Joe Morahan tells stories about sports — its winners and losers, underdogs and champions. His striking visuals draw the viewer into his stories.

At the end of the day, Morahan always returns to his home base in Colorado, an outdoor sports paradise. Outdoor sports were the perfect excuse for spending time in nature, and as a photographer he explores the symbiotic relationship between man and earth. Morahan cares deeply for nature and in many of his projects he chooses to focus on its ephemeral power. And we are happy he’s on our team! #Plural

Most days on a shoot, the cameras are pointed outward, chasing the best images we can find. It’s a rare treat when someone turns a lens back on us. Grateful to have such a talented photographer on set — thanks @morahanvisuals for the beautiful snaps from our adventures!!!

After traveling, trekking and turning up treasures all over The Battle Born State, we’re done shooting “Get a Little Out There with Alex Honnold” for @travelnevada .

And I gotta say, this show is gonna be 👌🏻. @getoutside put together such an incredible team, and I can’t wait till this launches in February!

On Tuesday, @travelnevada announced that @alexhonnold , who climbed El Cap without ropes in Academy Award-Winner “Free Solo,” will be hosting his first travel show for Nevada.

“Get a Little Out There with Alex Honnold” will be premiering in Feb 2026.

Um, hell yeah!

The first photo is also me being pretty relieved I was finally reaching the peak of a prominent Nevada mountain with Alex and the crew last week. Thanks for capturing that @sam_moulton!

We’re very stoked on this announcement at @noblestudios. Like very, very stoked. We’ve been working on this for quite a while with Travel Nevada, Alex’s management at @rxr_sports, our awesome partners at @fahlgrenmortine, the incredible team at @outsideforbusiness and director @jjkelleyfilm.

Since he lives in Las Vegas, we knew about Alex’s affection for Nevada, so we knew that passion would show through—and it is!

We can’t wait to share a new side of Alex and all the uncommon curiosities and epic outdoor adventure in Nevada with the world.
