FOUR WOMEN. 🖤🖤🖤🖤 ONE POWERFUL ENERGY. 👑

Three women practicing.
One incredible teacher guiding us.
Four different worlds, stories, strengths and energies;
meeting on one mat, under one sky.

There’s something so beautiful about women who know their power.
And even more beautiful when that power comes together. ✨

The sunset gave us a magical finale…
and then the full moon took the stage. 🌕✨

FEMININE ENERGY RULES. 👑🖤

EVERY WEEK, I COME BACK TO LISTEN TO THE SOUND OF SILENCE. 🌅🧘🏻‍♀️

Every yoga practice is a journey inward:
into the soul,
the body,
the present moment.

There’s a special kind of music in silence…
one you can only hear
when you truly slow down. ✨

I LOVE my grounding ritual. 🖤

I’m OBSESSED with my yoga routine. 🩷✨

Morning yoga with Mor is my grounding time. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Like she always says:
“Thank you for choosing to come.”
For choosing to stand here.
To be present.
To show up on my mat. 🤍

And honestly… how good does it feel to promise yourself something,
and actually keep that promise?

To let your words and your actions speak the same language.

That’s how we build TRUST. 👑🩷

One promise.
One practice.
One day at a time. ✨

Today I was fashionably late to yoga. 😌
So sunset yoga became… darkness yoga. 🌙😂

But maybe we needed the shift.

Sometimes the universe asks us to break the pattern,
change direction,
and make space for something new to bloom. ✨

In yoga, there’s a place of balance
Mor calls it THE SWEET SPOT🍭🫧

And somehow,
through all the chaos…
I found mine today. 🌙✨

I call it Divine timing. 👑

Sunset Yoga was different today. 🌅

I push my body hard.
But today, my body said: Enough.

So I listened. 🤍

I have hard days too.
I’m human too.

Not every day is about pushing.
Sometimes… you just let yourself be. 🌅✨

I’m a warrior.

A boneless warrior. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂🤍

Storms will come.
Storms will go.

They were never meant to stay.

Like the buffalo…

I don’t run away from the storm.

I run straight through it.

What happens next?

Who knows.

POV: One yoga class wasn’t enough. 🤍

Back again.
6 hours of sleep.
Zero regrets. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Yoga by the sea,
one more grounding session,
and I’m ready for the day. 🌊✨

3 hours of sleep.
One magical sunset.
One full moon.
And one hug from my favorite yoga teacher. 🤍

Some people teach movement.
Mor teaches the soul.

I never thought I’d find an alien like me in the middle of Tel Aviv.
You’re an angel, and I’m so grateful for you.

Thank you, Sensei. 🖤🧚🏽‍♀️

For highly sensitive people, even the moon can shift the energy. 🌙✨

Morning checklist: Coffee ✔️ Parking ✔️ Beach yoga ✔️ Big smile ✔️

Yoga with the best teacher, @morattiya 🌊🤍
Back home in time to teach my own classes.

What can I say…
My energy is high,
and I’m actually pretty good at this. 😂✨

POV: The universe knows I have a yoga class. 😂✨

After teaching my morning classes, I drove to Tel Aviv beach…

And somehow found a parking spot.
In the exact same place as yesterday. 😭😂

Me getting out of the car:
“Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.” 🤍

Beach yoga.
Good energy.
Everything worked out perfectly.

The universe is always working in my favor. ✨🧚🏽‍♀️🤍 #beachyoga #morningroutine #morningroutineaesthetic #maincharacterenergy @morattiya

Some days feel like little love letters from the universe. 🤍

Sometimes all we need to do is stop chasing, clear our minds, and move at our own pace.

Everything else will fall into place.
God clears the way.
The universe listens.

What more could I ask for?

Maybe just for time to slow down…
So I can be fully present in the moment. 🌊🤍
