Come get scary in Southtown

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

How cute are these little goodie bags?!

Overdue by almost a week, but I had so much fun at last Friday’s local meetup! I am very new to the bookstagram/writing community, so I jumped at the opportunity when I saw @whit2ney putting something together with @morningbookclubsa. I want to highlight everyone who was there, but if I missed any business cards, goodies, or you want to tag other creators and friends I should know about in the area, give them a shout in the comments! Thank you again for everyone who helped put it together, SATX has some very talented authors, artists, bookish small businesses and so much more 🫶

San Antonio is known for its hauntings, but did you know there's a bookstore in Southtown dedicated to all things horror? 🫀🌹

MySA stopped by Morbid Curiosities, which recently rebranded the former home of Ghoulish Books, for a visit. 👻📚️

Well. It’s out there. 🩸🎬

The Director’s Cut is officially live.

I wrote a horror-themed self-help book for anyone who’s tired of letting anxiety, perfectionism, and everybody else’s expectations call the shots.

No more rehearsing. No more waiting until you’re ready.

Ready to kill the script? Link in bio.

Local bookstores with the girlies, let’s go!

My bestie Laura came into town for the weekend and she’s a lifelong book lover so we decided to make our day into a local book shopping day 📚

Here’s where we went:
@a.secret.garden.books
@bookcellarsa
@morbidsatx
@booknerd_sa

Last time she was in town I took her to @nowherebookshop so we didn’t go there this time but that’s another great spot to add to your list!

I know we’ve got more spots to check out & my TBR is always growing so let’s see where we end up next 📚✨
