TEN YEARS. 🥹🥊❤️

Tonight is the final Fight Klub Swindon class… and I honestly can’t quite believe I’m writing that.

I started Fight Klub Swindon 10 years ago, when I was 34, and what a bloody decade it’s been.

This class has been part of my life through heartbreak, divorce, a miscarriage, moving house, becoming a mum, changing careers and probably about 947 different versions of me 😂

But more than anything, it gave me a community.

Some of you have been coming for YEARS. You’ve punched bags, sweated, sworn, laughed, dressed up for ridiculous themed classes, supported each other and made Tuesday and Thursday nights something I genuinely looked forward to.

And somewhere along the way, so many of you stopped being “people who come to my class” and became friends. ❤️

Tuesday night absolutely finished me off. I was completely overwhelmed by the flowers, chocolates, voucher and card for Niki and me… which is why my natural response was apparently to call you all wankers and arseholes. 😂🙈 Emotional Tourette’s at its finest.

But genuinely, thank you. It meant more than you probably realise.

After 10 years, it feels like the right time for me to close this chapter. My priorities have changed, I want more evenings with my family, and I’m excited to put my time and energy into continuing to grow my online coaching business, @lauracaddylifts . 💪

So this isn’t really goodbye. It’s just the end of one very big, very sweaty chapter.

If you’ve ever walked through those doors and joined one of our classes over the last 10 years — THANK YOU. Whether you came once, stayed for a few months or somehow put up with me for years, you were part of it.

And to @nikidotporter , who has been right there beside me — thank you. ❤️

One final Fight Klub Swindon tonight.

Let’s go out with a bang. 🥊🔥

Love you all ❤️

Built, not given. 🚴‍♀️🔥

Another day of putting the work in.
The intervals hurt, the legs complained, but we kept going. 💪🏼

Every ride, every effort, every uncomfortable moment… getting a little closer to that September start line. ✨

When it’s 1 of your ladies birthday & she still comes to @rockboxfitness but brings her daughter & granddaughter!! 3 generations in 1 class!
As per usual she had a happy birthday song before & afterwards! (This is what I do if I know it’s your birthday 🎂🤣)

Then we had cake after 😋

Our classes at @moredonsportinghub are more than just a class!!
They are the socials afterwards which for some are more important than the class itself!

Happy Birthday Janet, & continue to have a wonderful day 💥🥳💜🤘

I teach cycling for a living, but I’ve never been able to cycle with my eldest son. He has cerebral palsy and can’t ride a standard bike, but this amazing side by side trike gave us an unforgettable experience today ☺️
Huge thanks to @beckyjcox1988 and all the volunteers that run Limitless cycling sessions using adapted bikes to open bikes up to everyone.
