I promise- life gets a lot more interesting when you start saying yes to things you’d normally pass on! Trying new things and seeing how much growth comes along the way is the best part of it all. I owe myself the version of me i am becoming in every aspect of life, this is only 1% 💪🏼🤍

It’s not always about running faster or farther. It starts with understanding the fundamentals — your form, pacing, breathing, consistency, and building a strong foundation. 🏃🏽‍♂️ 💪🏼

Run with us. Learn with us. Grow with us.
